A brilliant opportunity for a Project Manager has come up within a fast growing technology company based in central Glasgow. They are looking for an ambitious and vibrant project manager to assist them on a wide range of client facing professional services projects, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies (depending on the clients needs).

Your duties will include:
- Apply project management tools and techniques to successfully deliver client engagements.
- Direct communication with clients to ensure smooth delivery of projects, including hosting online meetings, and regular progress reports to both clients and management.
- Project planning and scheduling.
- Leading daily scrum meetings across all professional services projects currently running.
- Working with the CEO and Head of professional services to agree resource assignments for projects and to track hours completed for revenue purposes.
- Identify risks and issues, and take mitigating actions where possible.
- Improve the project management processes.
- Supplying project documentation and administration.
- Occasional visits to client sites will be required.


The ideal candidate will:
- Be educated to degree level, and/or have relevant project based qualifications (Scrum master, Prince2, etc.).
- Have 3 years+ practical experience of leading projects using Scrum, Kanban, Prince2, or other structured PM methodology.
- Have practical interest and experience in technology.
- Be efficient and able to handle multiple work streams.
- Be eager to enhance their project management career.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Have excellent organisational skills.
- Be able to motivate project teams and meet deadlines.
