We are currently seeking a talented and proactive candidate to take on a fulfilling role as a Project Manager within the company – a digital agency at the forefront of healthcare services and technology.

Technology in the healthcare industry is going through an exciting transition. It is paving the way for analytical, diagnostic and ultimately, life-changing applications to help improve treatments and save lives.

As an expanding agency working with some of the biggest Pharmaceutical companies in the world, we need a talented Project Manager who can come into a dynamic and fast-paced agency and work directly with our design and development teams, and provide accurate and informed project updates to our account and management teams.

You will be responsible for scheduling projects within key client accounts, taking into account studio resource, as well as budget and deadline constraints. It is important that you can communicate effectively with the internal teams, whilst also being able to undertake regular communication with clients to inform them of project status and progress.

The team are all committed to producing work of the highest quality – a necessity in the healthcare industry – and a keen eye for detail is imperative in being successful in this role. You should be confident in:
- Briefing and Project Scopes – you must be able to communicate all necessary information to the design and development teams throughout a project.
- Planning resource and timings to suit ever-changing client needs and demands
- Risk assessment and the ability to find alternative solutions to issues which arise during the project life-cycle.
- Communicating to stakeholders around all aspects of the project

You should have some experience in the digital marketing field, preferably within another Agency. We recognise that Healthcare is a specialist industry, so experience in this area isn’t necessary, but is favourable. You must be enthusiastic, driven and focused on delivering projects within time and budget constraints, whilst understanding the juggling act which is ever-present in the world of Project Management. We are looking for a candidate who can operate as a team-player, whilst also being able to generate their own tasks in order to fulfil a project’s requirements successfully.
