Full service digital agency seeks brave and fearless project manager to help them grow their clients businesses by delivering beautiful and innovative websites and digital products.

They work closely with a select range of premium independent organisations and use strategy, creativity and technology to help them build better businesses. They require a well rounded project manager, e-commerce focussed, who is equally confident talking directly with business owners and managers as they are with tech, design or other teams.

They develop long term relations with great clients based on pragmatic and measurable advice that drives growth and innovation. They need you to help them nurture these relations with great interpersonal skills, creative flair, a straight talking and proactive approach, and a sharp commercial focus for their business. In return they allow you freedom to drive innovation and change where it achieves these goals, they also give you a great environment, team, external partners and support from their office management team and the Head of Delivery. You will be required to manage multiple projects and teams as well as the project P&L and ensure the team use their project management processes and tools.

They are a full service agency that helps their clients with digital business planning and strategy, marketing, advertising and understanding data. As well as working directly with the Head of Delivery, project teams and partners you will be required to work with their Account managers and marketing team to deliver a true end to end service and maximise the value they deliver their clients.

As an inquisitive and inventive project manager, to support their internal R&D, they encourage your innovations for developing commercial products that help their clients grow and improving internal processes.

Requirements:
- Demonstrate experience managing multiple large and complex projects
- Demonstrate experience and understanding of full stack development, agile project management, UX, UI and digital design

Responsibilities:
- Ensure projects come in on time and budget
- Manage project P&L and management reporting
- Scoping projects, writing proposals and creating costings
- Present pitches and ideas to clients, deliver client project meetings
- Lead project teams and third party suppliers from Discovery through to the delivery
- Resource internal and freelance staff, help Head of Delivery with forecasting and planning
- Ensure effective use of project management and time keeping tools for all your project team members
- Work with office management and finance team for project set up/close down, reporting, and invoicing
- Hold project de-briefs with the team, to help the team develop and grow, with the support of the Head of
Delivery
- Update studio resource plans and report weekly to the Head of Delivery
- Be an informal mentor the junior level client managers
