The Role
Reporting into the Contract Manager and based on site, they are looking for Project Managers in both the London and Midlands region to manage and oversee all on site projects.

Working with the site team you will be responsible for managing projects in line with contract programmes, completing projects within the agreed budget on time and within the required specification and ensuring that all projects comply with Health and Safety requirements. As a senior person on site, you will also have input into value engineering of the project ensuring efficient use of plant and effective use of resources.

This is both a strategic and operational position, where you will be required to act as the point of contact for all aspects of the project and manage priorities whilst ensuring effective communication at all times.

You will have the ability to communicate at all levels within the project, have a clear understanding and proven track record in project management, with the ability to motivate and encourage site employees. You will have had at least 3 years previous experience within Project Management and an awareness of current IT requirements.

Qualifications and Experience
- Industry standard qualifications such as but not limited to SMSTS, HNC, HND, Civil Engineering or Project management.
- Experience of working within Earthworks/Remediation/Groundworks is an essential requirement. However candidates from the construction industry will be considered.
