The objective of this role is to oversee the mobilisation of all programmes running at any one time. Working closely with, and under the line management of the Operations Director, the role is designed to ensure all programmes have effective management tools and processes in place to start on time, keep to budget and are delivered to a high standard.

- Creation and management of central project folders and plans – to include all finance, staffing, IT and marketing elements of all projects.
- Working with the Finance Manager to track and ensure that programmes are delivered within budget.
- Planning of client/stakeholder meeting schedules, internal meeting notes and actions, risk register and change control plan
- Negotiate and secure the necessary resources and outline job briefings for each role involved in the mobilisation of the programmes.
- Commission, instruct and manage external suppliers as necessary.
- Engagement with stakeholders, funders and key local contacts
- Provide information to the Comms team to support the development of the engagement, communication and marketing plan.
- Problem solving, risk management and adapting to the changing needs of the programme as they arise.
- Ensure all programmes commence with the appropriate information, collateral and materials
- Work with and support the Local Engagement team to ensure a consistent delivery of the events programme in collaboration with Programme and Client Managers.
- Develop and implement a risk register for all programme mobilisation and operations
- Line Management of the Central Engagement team.
- Development of a training & development plan for the central engagement team
- Review the current central engagement structure, develop and implement required changes
- Design, develop and implement a robust Quality Management System and process
- Work with the IT Manager and Comms team to implement a company wide communication tool to aid the consistency and delivery of the programmes
