This established Company manufactures and supplies high-end joinery and furniture to the commercial sector and prestigious residential clients throughout London and the south-east.
Their new divisional office in Central London opened in February this year to meet the growing demands of their clients and bring their project management team closer to the action.
They are excited to be recruiting a further project manager and CAD Draftsperson to join their growing team.
Working from the new office in Central London you will be responsible for delivering a variety of commercial and residential furniture & joinery projects. Taking responsibility for running the project from architectural drawings to completion.
Experience in setting out drawings for client approval and manufacture is essential. Also, you will need to demonstrate strong project management skills, dealing with principle contractors working on 50k to 500k projects.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience setting out technical drawings for manufacture within the Joinery & Furniture sector
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of P&L financials and work to budgets of up to £500k
- Be capable of effectively managing projects from design through to manufacture, utilising internal resource and external specialist subcontractors.
- Show ability to create and manage complex projects/programmes
- Demonstrate a positive problem-solving approach with a drive to complete projects on-time and on-budget while maintaining our demanding quality standards.
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £35k to £50k – Negotiable, plus other benefits including a contributory pension scheme.
