Working closely with the project managers, you’ll turn around a raft of projects to tight deadlines. You’ll manage your own workload, and no two days will be the same.
You’ll have a target – the number of respondents you book into research projects – with monthly bonuses linked to performance.
After the induction period, you will take ownership of all project-related admin tasks, putting together daily updates that your project manager will feedback to their clients.
The ideal candidate will be zen-like under pressure, able to meet tight deadlines and have strong admin skills. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment already and have at least 6 months’ experience in a phone-based role.

£16,499 - £23,500

Annual Leave:
23 days per annum pro rata plus bank holidays
