The Role:

We are looking for an organised Project Coordinator to proactively coordinate and manage tasks in the professional services team. Responsibilities include schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, such as maintaining project documentation and handling low level queries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Triage Client and Internal requests and new project orders and distribute accordingly
- Review and update internal process, improving efficiency
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Provide project status updates to Consultants and help manage clients’ expectations as
projects evolve
- Help prepare budget reports for Project Status calls
- Work with the Engagement Managers to eliminate blockers, organise on site sessions and
meetings with Customers, and coordinate resourcing assignments.
- Assist Engagement Manager to monitor working hours, process time sheets and
expenditures.
- Create and maintain comprehensive tools, templates and documentation to support project
teams, projects and reports.
- Assist Engagement Manager with Monthly billing
- Liaising with customers on invoicing

Skills & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study
- Three years’ experience in related field
- Exceptional verbal communication, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Knowledge of administration procedures
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
