Two Exciting Opportunity’s in Huddersfield: Project Coordinator and an Office Administrator

Recognised across the globe as a leading Fan Manufacturer, supporting customers worldwide within the Nuclear, Oil & Gas & Chemical/Pharmaceutical process industries for over 30 years.

Project Coordinator

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills:
- Project Management / Business qualification or equivalent experience
- Experience within a Project management type role
- Excellent Computer skills including all MS packages
- Mechanical Engineering knowledge – Desirable
- CAD Knowledge – Desirable

Personal Competency’s:
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritising work effectively
- Enthusiastic to learn new skills
- Methodical and organised approach with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both with internal and external customers
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships

Office Administrator/Coordinator

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills:
- Excellent computer skills – including all MS Office and Sage 50
- Knowledge and experience of working within and Administration role
- Administration based qualification e.g. C&G, NVQ, Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience of improving administration processes and systems – Desirable
- Experience of working Administrations within a mechanical engineering company – Desirable

Personal Competency’s:
- Motivated with great time management, prioritising work effectively
- Excellent communication skills, with internal and external customers
- Methodical & organise approach with excellent attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to present a good impression of the company
- Commercial Awareness - ability to handle customer relations effectively
