This company is one of the UK’s leading Cellular Communications consultants providing design and build services for Macro, Micro and Indoor Cellular Solutions for all of the UK’s Mobile Operators, designing sites to deliver 4G & 5G.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team as a Project Co-Ordinator, in a fast paced and exciting industry.

As a Project Co-Ordinator, you will be providing support with cross-functional accountabilities within the Programme team.

Main Purpose of Role:
- Provide support to the Build team by compiling the Build Handover Packs (BHOP) for each site
- Ensure all BHOP’s are completed within the KPI and keep accurate records if not to feedback to management
- Using client tools, assist with the identification and collating of snag data and feed into the build managers for rectification
- Communicate on a daily basis with build managers and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate receipt of required data

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within scope
- Track and analyse project performance, report any possible or current blockers or risks
- Organise and participate in stakeholder meetings
- Document actions and ensure they are followed up in expected timescales
- Prepare necessary material for meetings
- Provide scope requirements and translate them into tasks, schedule and assign tasks

Qualifications/ Experience:
- Experience of working within a busy fast paced team on projects
- Good understanding of project delivery methodology
- Good interpersonal skills and ability in working with stakeholders and multi-skilled teams
- Excellent skills in MS Office
- Clear and concise communication to team members, Stakeholders and Suppliers
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Ability to create and provide progress reports concisely and accurately to relevant stakeholders
- An aptitude and drive to deliver agreed targets/objectives by ensuring any risks/issues to project delivery are identified and dealt with in a timely fashion
