The hours are 40 hours per week,

This company are world leaders in the development of powerful software solutions used by museums, archives and libraries on every continent. Their systems are used by many of the largest and most respected cultural institutions in the world.

They offer a pleasant working environment in a company that is unique in its mix of culture and technology. Within the UK they have 60 employees who are based out of either the Manchester or Nottingham office.

The Role
They are looking for an experienced Project Co-Ordinator who will be pivotal in supporting and coordinating project lifecycles. The role requires an individual who works well across multiple teams and has an eye for detail whilst being able to set realistic deadlines which everyone can work too. Being able to prioritise workloads and multitask are also essential skills that this role requires. The role will be based in Nottingham, there will be travel to our Manchester site. The role will be : -

- Assisting with the overall delivery of tasks which sit within Program Delivery
- Assist with the planning/managing/reporting of development activities
- Helping to order product backlog items
- Communication to the organisation of sprint progress
- Support the release planning process and associated activities
- To form a strong communication linkage between the Development and Program Delivery teams.
- To co-ordinate, advise, respond to any upcoming issues regarding deliverables between the development and program delivery teams.
- To work on UK Products and assist in managing the deliverables for development and program delivery teams.
- To be responsible for checking resource availability and customer interactions
- Assist in coordinating projects from end to end
- Be a process owner and ensure documentation is updated

The candidate
To qualify for the role, you should be able to prove that you have: -
- Prince 2 foundation or working towards it
- Experience working on projects
- Proficient in MS Project and the MS Office Suite of products
- Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
- Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Mature and flexible approach with ability to rise to challenge of demanding workload
- Previous experience of Agile software development practices would be advantageous
