A growing Telecoms Specialist and Electrical Engineering company is looking for a confident, self-motivated Project Administrator.
The role briefly comprises:
- Liaising with office and site based staff ensuring a proper line of communication
- Answering and directing telephone inquiries
- Processing & allocating build documentation
- Logging build data
- Producing RAMS documentation
- Processing handover documentation
- Ensure H&S and training data is up to date
- Provide general support to the build team as and when required
The successful candidate will have:
- Some experience within a similar role
- Strong command over Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, is a must
- Accurate data entry skills and the ability to be able to work on more than one project at once
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, can do mentality
- Excellent telephone manner
