This is an exciting opportunity to join a small creative bunch of people who, supported by two mischievous office dogs, design and deliver training programmes that help people to be outstanding in their job roles and businesses to be competitive and profitable.

Their most popular training subject areas are Diversity & Inclusion, Management & Leadership, Customer Service and Sales. Customers include Volvo, GoCompare, IKEA, English National Ballet, Hitachi Rail, Severn Trent, Gucci and Virgin Media.

To help them deliver a memorable experience to each and every customer, they are looking for a positive and enthusiastic Project Administrator, with amazing computer skills and a crazy attention to detail, to join the team. In a nutshell, the role will be to support the Customer Experience Director with a wide range of administrative tasks associated with the delivery of each client project.

Based in Moseley, Birmingham, life at this company is fast-paced but with a supportive family-business vibe. The role could accommodate flexible working and as such is based on a £9/hour rate. Main Duties
- Personally manage all admin tasks at each stage of the project process, reporting directly to the Customer Experience Director
- Communicate with customers via telephone and email to confirm project details along the way
- Keep customer data and project information up to date using the CRM platform, Salesforce
- Ensure all PowerPoint slides, delegate workbooks and other paperwork is formatted to perfection and visually pleasing, in line with the brand guidelines
- Build the library of images that can be used in training and marketing materials, in line with the brand guidelines
- Offer a sparkling service to customers at every touchpoint
- Proactively build rapport with customers, suppliers and the associate training team
- Contribute ideas about how to continually improve the customer experience
- Help keep the office tidy and well-stocked
- Support all four Directors with general administration tasks
