Who Are We?
We are the contract holder for the Department for International Trade service in Yorkshire and the Humber. As a business we recognise that giving a superior service to our clients depends on making the most of our people.

What is the role?
We are looking for a full time Project Administrator to provide administrative backup to our team of International Trade Advisors, contributing to the work of the Department for International Trade (DIT). This is the international economic department that is responsible for helping business to succeed by promoting British trade and investment across the world by building the global appetite for British goods and services.

- You will be liaising with clients and International Trade Advisors to ensure accurate and timely claims are received
- You will collate and accurately present monthly progress reports incorporating all specified management information
- You will keep and maintain accurate records of progress towards contractual outputs
- You will also act as first point of contact for SMEs and ITAs for project related enquiries, ensuring compliance with ERDF guidelines

Who are you?
- A great team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with people at all levels.
- Confident in a customer-facing role with demonstrable experience of this.
- Experienced in project working and working within a service or business support organisation.
- Experience of working with databases and maintaining accurate customer information on a CRM system.
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines as well a superb attention to detail.

The fine print.
- Please note this role is fully funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), and it is subject to mandatory Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) pre-employment screening comprising verification of identity, nationality and immigration status, confirmation of 3 years minimum employment history and/or other activity, and third-party verification of unspent convictions.
