This long established dealer group are looking to recruit a Progress Chaser & Site Supervisor.
The role of Progress Chaser & Site Supervisor will include, but not be limited to: -
- Implement a site map for parking zones and ensure a clear plan is in place. This should include areas for staff, customers, UCS (prep & auction vehicles), NCS (prep & auction vehicles) and Commercial (prep & auction vehicles)
- Logging all vehicles delivered to site from the manufacturer and/or dealer transfer. Check and record the condition of each vehicle (All damaged or missing components should be reported to the relevant)
- All vehicle keys should be logged and tagged using the ‘Key Tracker’ system.
- Liaise with Sales Managers/Controllers to ensure all vehicles are prepared according to the handover diary requirements.
- Liaise with service workshop control to ensure there is sufficient capacity within the workshop to prepare all vehicles according to the handover diary.
- Pass the vehicle to the relevant department after prep, in time to get it valeted.
- Monitor the car park area’s to ensure all vehicles stay within their zones and report directly to Senior Management where persistent issues arise. (Initially, departmental managers should be made aware of issues)
A uniform, in-line with the technician clothing, substantial winter coat and high visibility vest will be provided.
