c£21K plus benefits including pension

The company is a successful, well established medium sized business based near Gemini Retail Park in Warrington. The environment is fast-paced and they are looking for an enthusiastic, positive person to join their internal operations team. Our key business areas are the production and supply of netting, labelling and line marking solutions to a diverse customer base.

The job role will include the following responsibilities:

- Working within their production and warehouse environment
- Making up bespoke orders for their safety netting products
- Looking after and maintaining their mesh netting and line marking equipment
- Working closely with their projects team to ensure orders are delivered on time and to specification
- PAT testing (with relevant training provided)
- Stock management and stock taking
- Goods in/out
- Other ad-hoc duties

Full training will be provided in their equipment and processes. Working hours are Monday to Friday; 8.30am to 5pm.

Whilst it is important that you are competent in the key areas described below, they are also just as interested in your potential and drive to contribute to the team culture that exists within the business. You must also have a full driving licence.

Applicants should have the following aptitudes /characteristics -

- Experience in a production / warehouse environment with above average practical skills and used to working with equipment / machinery
- Able to use initiative and aptitude and with a good eye for detail to work things out, deal with issues and solve problems
- High level of self-motivation, diligent, willing to get stuck in to get the job done
- A real commitment to “getting it right first time” and a willingness to develop, learn and progress
- Works as part of a team, shares credit, more interested in the collective success of the team than in personal achievement
- Empathy; understands the dynamics of working with people, self-aware, helps colleagues out in order to get the job done
- Generally good with IT
- Able to multi task
- Methodical, tidy, structured, well organised
- Adaptable
- Friendly and approachable
