An exciting opportunity has arisen to join their existing Production Department at their Coatbridge Plant as Supervisor (39 hours per week)
1 x Supervisor – Shift 1:
Sunday – 8am – 5.30pm
Monday – 7.30am – 7.30pm
Tuesday – 7.30am – 7.30pm
Wednesday – 6.30am – 1.30pm
1 x Supervisor - Shift 2:
Wednesday - 1.30pm - 8pm
Thursday - 7.30am - 7.30pm
Friday - 7.30am - 7.30pm
Saturday - 7.30pm - 5.30pm
You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction within the production area and organise production resources to ensure that quality and productivity plans are achieved safely.
You will also be covering the Production Manager for holidays/sickness etc.
You must have previous experience of supervising a team preferably in a production environment with demonstrable leadership and management skills.
You will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate the team to deliver against daily and weekly targets.
