They are looking for new Production Personnel to join their small but busy Workshop team as they embark on an exciting expansion of their hand-crafted decorative hardware range in the year ahead. These are permanent roles with real career prospects & training for committed & hardworking team-players.
Minimum General Requirements:
- Hardworking, dynamic, very reliable & flexible.
- Practical with good hand skills
- Numerate with good spoken English
- Good Colour Vision
- Extremely quality conscious with excellent attention to detail.
- Stable & loyal - no job hoppers please !

Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Spray Painting (high quality decorative finishes e.g. furniture, hardware or automotive)
- Lampshade Making, Upholstery, Sewing.
- Woodworking including basic Bench Joinery and/or manual Wood Turning
- Metalworking & Polishing
- Industrial Artist /Craft
Variable Working Hours: 32-50 working hours per week (40 hours average).
Monday to Friday: 8.00AM Start (4.00PM-6.00PM Finish)
Rate of pay includes paid-for lunch & breaks
