A Full Time Production Operative is required to join a Sign Manufacturer.
Manufacturer of quality cast signs supplied to customers worldwide.
The work is very varied and problem solving and thinking outside the box will be a regular occurrence. Attention to detail is paramount. Everything manufactured is a bespoke product.
Duties involve Casting into moulds, Fettling and tidying up the signs. Helping to make patterns out of mdf, modelling clays etc. for casting. Paint Spraying.
Some heavy lifting is required - some of the signs are quite large. You will be required to organise your work often doing several tasks alongside each other to maximise your time.
Would suit someone with previous experience of sign making and carpentry skills, model making and craft work would all be advantageous.
Training on site will be given to the right candidate.
Own transport necessary as they are not on a bus route.
