A fantastic opportunity to join an established and growing window blind producer. There are currently vacancies within our roller blind production and packing teams on a full time, permanent contract.
They try to operate a fun a rewarding business with company funded medical cover and regular investment in new machines and systems to improve the operation for everyone involved.
You will be working within a small team to produce and ship products to the highest standards.
Finishing roller blinds involves picking the correct components needed for a roller blind, fitting them to the blind, quality checking the finished product before bagging it up.
The packing role will involve quality checking a variety of blinds before packaging them up and dispatching from the system ready for the courier.
No experience is necessary as all training will be provided.

Over time all employees are cross trained in other departments to provide cover helping to ensure that you keep learning and growing new skills as time goes on.

The factory is based in Bottesford so you must have own transport to get to and from work.
Salary & Benefits
- Monday to Thursday 7am - 4:00pm with half an hour for lunch
- Friday 7am – 1:30pm with half an hour for lunch
- 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays. Increasing after 2 years by a day up to a maximum of 25

Factory is based in Bottesford which is within 20 minute drive from Grantham, Melton Mowbray and Newark via car. This is a rural location so own transport is essential.
