As a Production Manager, you will have the overall responsibility and accountability for the shift operation which will include full ownership of the day to day operation and people management of a 3 shift / 2 site manufacturing business which includes setters and operators.
Skills & Experience
- Educational background Degree/HNC/HND
- Proven background in a CNC manufacturing environment (10 years minimum)
- Customer-centric approach & attention to detail
- Ethos of excellence and technical skills to capture issues and deliver quick and complete resolutions to the customer and to the business.
Salary & Benefits:
- Depending upon experience £34 - 36,000
