This market-leading, fast-growing software-as- a-service business in the property market is looking for a Production (and Marketing) Executive to work in their “go-live” team in their London office near Clapham Junction, with additional responsibilities in the marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to become a valued member of the team, and to be involved in this critical part of our operations. The company also has offices in Brighton and Oxford.

Role

You will be responsible for creating and launching new websites and other web-based products. In addition, some of your time will be spent working closely with the Marketing Manager to help promote the business.

Responsibilities

Production assistant (likely to be 3-4 days per week)

- Reporting directly to the Production Manager
- Although not a coder, you should be comfortable using HTML and CSS and have a good grasp on various web browsers and devices
- Ability to work extensively within their proprietary content management system
- Ability to liaise with clients, designers and developers to project manage and build new websites
- Appetite to work to strict deadlines for product launches
- Ability to learn and work with various software and systems, including Photoshop and other graphic manipulation software

Marketing assistant (likely to be 1-2 days per week)

- Reporting to the Marketing Manager
- Ability to generate high quality content for marketing material, including blogs, articles for the website, client newsletters and marketing emails
- Appetite to identify proactively topics for content coverage, based on industry developments and company news
- Experience of using various social media platforms for company marketing
- Ability to create and manage email templates for marketing messages
- Ability to use marketing technology platform Act-On (experience ideal, but certainly not as essential as the ability to learn how to use it)
- Experience with Wordpress or similar content management systems, to take responsibility for content on their website
