The Role:
Reporting into the Financial Controller this role is to support the Administration Team in the efficient running of the department by meeting job timescales and demands, whilst completing jobs to the highest of standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use computer software to record and process sales orders
- Update bill of materials in support of the sales order processing
- Create works orders from sales orders in the system as part of completing the sales order process
- Update and ensure the accuracy of Sage 200 via regular housekeeping
- Identify and drive process improvements of Sage 200 throughout the department
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff
- Answer general phone inquiries
- Reply to general information requests with the accurate information
- Ensure filing systems are maintained and current

Desirable skills/ Experience:
- Suitable administrative knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative practices and procedures
- Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
- Proven ability to problem solve where information is incomplete
- Experience gained in a deadline focused environment
- Hands on and proactive
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages such as Word and excel
- Knowledge of Sage 200 – desirable but not essential
