This is a technology company who are focused on creating ground-breaking new hardware, software and apps for the film and television industry. They are now seeking an enthusiastic Product Support Technician to join their team in Worcestershire.

Fast-growing, ambitious and with an increasing number of acclaimed design and innovation awards to its name, the company has an exciting year ahead and is looking for a new team member to implement product testing, coordinate repairs, and deliver technical support to customers.

The role is a diverse position that will suit an enthusiastic, motivated individual with an interest in technology and an aptitude for multi-tasking. Training will be provided.
The role is full time and the range of regular responsibilities will include:
- Firmware, app and system testing
- Customer facing product support, including setup advice and troubleshooting
- Overseeing the product RMA/warranty system
- Triage, prioritise and process technical queries and requests submitted through our email and telephone support lines
- Working alongside our sales and marketing co-ordinator and engineers to feedback Issues and follow up until resolution
- Product configuration and general repair of products
In terms of skills, we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
- Experience or a qualification in IT and/or electronic engineering
- A keen interest in technology
- An aptitude for problem solving
To fit in, you’ll also need to be highly motivated, proactive and comfortable working under your own initiative.
