This role reports to the Managing Director level and is responsible for the support of customers as well as commercial partners. We're looking for someone that can represent the business and showcase our talent to others. The ideal candidate for the role is someone who is customer focused, can implement software, and has a background of working with electronic point of sale systems. If you have experience of school catering and project managing installations, this would be advantageous too.

Our Product Specialists are personable, innovative, and have the ability to build trust and confidence within others. As a Product Specialist you'll meet with customers, and partners to understand their challenges and requirements. You'll be the catalyst for a positive working relationship, and will facilitate and motivate customers so they understand the benefits of our software. You'll lead on the installation of their solution. Ideally you'll have skills in software, point of sale systems, customer service, and technical support however we'll extend these with access to training.

We're technology enthusiasts with a passion for software so we use it in everyday work to improve efficiency, reporting, and communication. You'll be required to use these systems but we'll show you the ropes.
