The Role

While market-leading solutions have a lot to do with their success, it’s their happy customers and exceptional sales teams that drive their class-leading growth. As a Sales Enablement lead you’ll be responsible for ensuring sales teams and partners have the resources they need to be effective in presenting the company to potential customers.

Working with their product, sales and marketing teams, you’ll design and deliver world-class sales enablement tools and collateral that’s comprehensive and engaging. This includes presentations, webinars, videos, case studies or any other applicable format. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for technology and will need exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Coordinate with product, sales and marketing sponsors to define sales enablement initiatives.
- Create written content to educate sales team and advance deals including case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and custom work.
- Train the sales team on the best use of marketing and sales enablement materials.
- Field ad hoc content and support requests from the sales team.
- Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at the point of need.
- Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices.
- Conduct and report on market research and competitor products.
- Gather feedback from the sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.

Requirements

- Degree level education
- A passion for technology, ideally with experience in video conferencing and Microsoft’s UC platforms.
- The ability to translate complex topics into simple and clear explanations
- Experience in product management, product marketing, sales or sales support role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proven team player who naturally collaborates with colleagues and cross-departmental teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
- Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Creative and strategic thinker.
