Based in West London, an innovative promotional gift company, known for developing excellent quality global gift collections for blue-chip clients and ‘gifts with purchase’ for luxury brands, is looking for an experienced product development manager/director.

Ideally you will have at least 5 years’ experience in product development with hands-on experience of sourcing and developing new products from Far East suppliers.

You will have a creative sensibility while being a well-organized project manager.

Our gifts are designed and developed specifically for clients, and then stocked and distributed to subsidiaries globally. Our products represent us and our clients’ brands.

Joining a small creative, dynamic company, the role will be to develop excellent quality promotional gifts that meet our clients’ requirements. You will be able to apply your skills to:

- Work on a large range of product/merchandise types - stationery, bags, writing instruments, plush toys, leather goods, small consumer electronics etc.
- Meet deadlines in product delivery to our clients
- Help generate new product ideas through to final design sheets
- Source new suppliers and maintain relationships with existing suppliers
- Coordinate quality control teams for factory visits
- Visit factories and trade fairs in Europe and the Far East
