This is a technical role working for one of the world's leading Company's in this specialist division that produces high quality polymer seals. You will be involved with validation of new and modified equipment, provide process improvements, fault identification (and correction), process trials, training setters, maintain high standard of safety, ensure quality and support productivity improvements.
• Minimum HNC but ideally degree in polymer or materials science or equivalent.
• Three to six years experience in polymer injection moulding process engineering.
• Knowledge of scientific injection moulding disciplines.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
• Data analytics, CAD, Statistical Tools, Design of Experiments and capability indices using Minitab.
£35000 to £41000 depending on experience. Pension, life assurance other benefits/discounts. Free secure car parking. Uniform.
