A Proactive Planned Maintenance Engineer is required to join a fast growing provider of high quality refreshment systems. In their customer service department they pride themselves in delivering a world class experience and believe in a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

They are committed to providing a proactive and responsive service to their clients all around the globe.

The engineer and service department is split into 2 key roles:
- Project installations, and
- Planned maintenance visits.

KPIs are monitored closely and must be strictly adhered to. All of their work must be conducted in a timely, professional and efficient manner.

Further to the above they are huge believers in proactive planned maintenance so they are constantly securing service contracts for clients so that they preventatively maintain equipment rather than re actively repair!

Position Objectives:

- Routine machine servicing, planned maintenance visits & training to customers on a proactive basis
- Routine filter change visits.
- Imparting technical knowledge and expertise in the field to clients and machine users
- Demonstrating and leading efficient and effective workmanship and practice, attention to detail and procedures and maintaining the company’s standard of excellence
- Ensuring product quality is maintained and isolate any damaged or inconsistent items immediately
- Maintaining tools & equipment, any malfunctions to be reported immediately
- Maintain and monitor suitable levels of spare parts at all times to be prepared for all eventualities
