We are an integrated digital services agency with a proven track record in engaging with high profile cliente, and are currently looking for a Print Account Manager.

Role Responsibilities
- Managing clients briefs from initial inquiry and from internal sales, advising, cost estimating, through to project management including organisation of installations and some pre-press.
- An understanding of a client’s business needs and looking for opportunities to grow our business with them
- Key point of contact for clients for day-day operational issues
- Presentation of our products and services to customers
- Site surveys
- Client meetings
- Delivering a first-class service to customers
- Writing up job specifications
- Working with the production department to advise and hand over jobs
- After-sales follow up support

They would like you to have/be:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Willingness to go above and beyond for customers
- Self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets
- Related experience
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is preferable

Experience specifically within the large format print industry or print graphics purchasing is an advantage.

Benefits: Company Pension/Life Assurance and Private Medical, holiday entitlement will be 20 days per annum. In addition, they also have 3 "Company Days" holiday to be taken during the Christmas period, subject to our discretion & company requirements.
