This company has been printing for the key sports clubs, retail, construction & events. However large format printing isn’t all they do! Their services also include cutting, artworking, collation, cardboard engineering, project management & installation.

They have a requirement for an Account Manager with a good knowledge of print (ideally digital). You should be a proactive, flexible, team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment to often tight deadlines. You should also be able to demonstrate a good work record of working with clients & suppliers. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive, expanding company.

Key areas of responsibility
- Creating print-ready artwork with correct CMYK conversions & bleed if applicable.
- Support account managers, overseeing projects from start to finish i.e. Artwork processing, through the production department & ensuring despatched on time
- Ensure all artwork produced meets client & brand guidelines
- Develop creative ideas from visuals & scamps into professionally artworked print-ready assets
- Be adept with layout & production, having a thorough understanding of what makes a brand stand out from the crowd
- Quality Check artworks before final delivery, ensuring they are technically suitable for the output medium, are error-free, there are no copyright issues relating to images and fonts & they comply with legal & medical regulations
- Estimate time to schedule tasks & manage deadlines
- Proficient in artworking for all mediums including, but not limited to, press advertising, direct mail, digital marketing, packaging, exhibition graphics, brochures & literature along with web, interactive, social, tablet & mobile device.

Key Skills/Experience
- Experience of print, material stocks, colour management & brand guidelines.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Studio experience across integrated campaigns
- Knowledge of Adobe CS5, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Acrobat
- Have strong technical knowledge of supplying hi-res files to print, image format, colour modes, usage etc.
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise & work under pressure to fulfil tight deadlines, within budget
- Ability to sustain excellent working relationships with clients & suppliers
- Experience dealing directly with clients both face to face & on the phone, interpreting briefs as required, implementing them to meet client’s needs, & often advising which are the best materials/processes for the project.
- Experience following the jobs through from quote to production, delivery to invoice.
