A leading provider of Internet, VoIP & Voice communications services based in Solihull, has an immediate requirement for a Number Porting Co-ordinator.

This role is based in their Solihull office and reports to the VoIP Team Leader, your role is to ensure that all number ports are acknowledged, checked, ordered with openreach, the customer is kept updated and internal systems and provisioning staff are aware of number ports.

Responsibilities:

- Provide support for the sales team and provisioning engineers.
- Update customer orders on their internal order tracking system.
- Place orders with their supplier BT IPEX
- Work with provisioning engineers to ensure they are aware of number ports and their completion dates.
- Contact customers with regular number port updates.
- Receive calls from customers.

Requirements:

- Competent in using Microsoft Office & web browsers.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
- Ability to multi-task order processing and call answering.
- Flexibility with working hours to accommodate the business needs.
