This growing building and maintenance company is looking for an experienced and competent plumber to carry out various service and maintenance works. They are based in Farnham, Surrey but their work is throughout Surrey, Hampshire and SW London. Please do not apply if you are not prepared to drive around these areas on a daily basis.
This company, has 2 divisions, one that covers plumbing maintenance work, and another that does installations of bathrooms and kitchens. So, some of your work will be 1st and 2nd fixes, but the majority of your work will be maintenance related plumbing works such as replacing taps, repairing toilets etc.
Applicants must:
- Enjoy quite varied work
- Be able to think on their feet and problem solve
- Be a team player with good communication skills
- Be reliable and a good time keeper
- Be able to work alone and also as part of a team on site
- Work using their own initiative
- Have a full, clean UK driving license
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a plumber
- Ideally have their own van and tools
- Ability to work unsupervised and independently
Any Gas Safe qualifications would be beneficial but not essential.
