They are looking for someone who can work well on their own, as part of a team and take responsibility for their own work. Prior experience is essential with formal qualifications or qualification by experience required.
**Personal Circumstances**
- Right to work in UK
- Full UK Driving Licence, max 6 points
- Able to join the on call rota
- Be available for occasional overtime
**Prior Work Experience**
- Bathroom fitting
- Tilling
- Experience in domestic dwellings
- Minimum 5 years plumbing & heating experience
**Qualifications**
- Qualifications such as NVQ/City&Guilds/Bpec/Diploma in plumbing & heating or qualified by experience are considered
**Skills**
- Can follow company specific operating practices
- Can make diagnostic decisions and articulate to customers
- Strong English language skills
- Builds customer rapport on-site
- Reports issues in a timely manner
- Can maintain active supplies of inventory
