If successful, you’ll manage all aspects of photography and videography process and development, (pre and post production). You will create original content (both photo and video) to be shared across email, social channels, the website and blog.

From highly-produced studio productions to nimble in-office social shoots you will ensure content is engaging, relevant and on-brand. Reporting to the Head of Content & Creative, you will develop new and exciting ideas that engage customers and attract new audiences, and align with the broader marketing agenda.

Main Responsibilities:
- Produce external shoots (stills and video):
- Book studios/agencies
- Collate image/video requests
- Source props and backgrounds according to brief
- Create shot lists / storyboards
- Coordinate products for shoots, and product returns
- On-shoot styling
- Brief video graphics
- Invoice management
- In-house photography
- Image retouching
- Create GIFs
- Digital asset management
- Create enticing, original and high-quality video content:
In-house videography
- Video editing to an exceptional quality
- Research and source music tracks
- Set up, light and shoot Facebook Lives
- Work closely with the Creative Team on art direction and image composition
- Work closely with the marketing, social and editorial teams
- Keep abreast of editing software and hardware developments

About You:
- Excellent photography and videography skills with significant technical knowledge of photography equipment and lighting
- Experience creating compelling content
- Skilled at retouching and editing images
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely collaborative
- Ability to implement brand guidelines and adapt to the brand’s aesthetic
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proactive and willing to go the extra mile
- Experience in working on conception
- Open and receptive to feedback
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Excellent people skills, a fast worker and very reactive

Your skills/experience:
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Formal photography/videography qualifications or a technically proficient amateur
- Photo retouching and editing skills to a high technical standard
- Ability to art direct and also take direction
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite. Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Adobe Creative Cloud.
