A growing Midland based workplace technology provider that designs, supply's, installs and maintains photocopiers and laser printers as part of the overall solution. The business is currently looking for an experienced photocopier engineer to join the dedicated IT team in the West Midlands.

They seek bright, diligent individuals with excellent communication skills and a good work ethic. This business understands the need to attend your child's school play or a visit to the dentist but likewise clients often have last minute situations so it works both ways.

Job Description:

Responsible for servicing, maintaining and emergency repairs on photocopiers that are situated at customer sites. This is a challenging and diverse role that involves frequent travel to customers sites across the Midlands, Gloucestershire and up as far as North Wales.

Daily tasks include; identifying problems, repairing or replacing damaged components, reassembling equipment, reinstalling software, and testing the repairs.

New and refurbished installs, networking and customer training.

The amount of the distance between customer sites means you will need a full, valid UK Driver’s Licence for this role.

The equipment includes both colour and mono photocopiers, as well as printers & multi-functional devices (MFDs).

Toner Stock onsite at the clients premises and here along with print audit monitoring of devices is essential.

Skills Sets:

- Recent manufacturer training to service and repair photocopiers is required. They will consider engineers who are trained on Kyocera, however along with Samsung, Ricoh, Sharp, Toshiba and Canon etc.
- Excellent Time management and planning, our business enters time sheets using 'connectwise'
- Able to prioritise tasks whilst maintaining a clear customer focused approach
- Reliable and willing to solve client demands
- Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability
- Able to get on with others and be a team-player
