This company has exciting opportunities for Personal Injury Paralegal’s (Stage 1 MOJ Paralegal handler, Stage 1-3 MOJ Paralegal) to join their growing team.

- Stage 1 MOJ Handlers must have experience of stage 1 of the MOJ Portal.
- Stage 2- 3 MOJ Handlers must have experience of stages 1- 3 of the MOJ Portal. Further you will take responsibility of your own files from start to pre-litigation.
- Stage 2 – 3 MOJ Handlers must have experience of obtaining medical reports, liaising with clients, disclosing reports and attempting to reach settlement or issuing cases in line with company expectations.
- Stage 2-3 MOJ Handlers must have experience of managing client’s expectations in relation to settlement of their case.
- Candidates must have the ability to work effectively in a team with the passion and desire to contribute effectively to this vibrant and dynamic practice that offers excellent career progression opportunities.
- Candidates will use their in-house case management system (Proclaim) and will liaise with clients, insurers, expert witnesses and solicitors.
- Comply with training requirements.
- Carry out such additional administrative duties as required by the Practice Director.
- To encourage and promote the image and ethos of the practice.
- To ensure the confidentiality and security of all client documentation and information.
- To maintain high standards in the processing of client work, both in respect of professional standards and client care.
- To maintain good professional working relationships both internally and externally.

Skills, knowledge, qualifications required:

- You will have experience within Personal Injury and the necessary MOJ Portal Stages specific to each position highlighted above.
- You will be fully confident managing your individual workload.
- Hold a Law Degree/ Legal qualification (Applicable to Stages 2-3 MOJ handlers only)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to build rapport and establish relationships.
- Capable of gathering, organising and managing information.
- Ability to multi-task & deal with several actions/ cases simultaneously.
