You will play a vital role in the business, key duties will be:
- Diary & email management
- Working closely with the financial adviser, to include accompanying him to client meetings to ensure an accurate and efficient handover to the client servicing team
- Preparing meeting minutes
- Preparation and production of presentations and visual sales aids for meetings
- Updating business monitoring spreadsheets
- Organising seminars/events
- Assisting team members with project work and other tasks as necessary
- Assisting in ad-hoc projects and cases.
You will be:

- Smart and professional appearance, personable and reliable
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively, stay focused under pressure and solve problems
- Must be articulate - be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally with confidence and confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages (especially Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) is required. Knowledge of Curo and IO would be of benefit
- Ability to take minutes, meeting notes, completion of handover documents
