This is an opportunity to join a small HR and development consultancy based in Ottershaw, Surrey. They currently consist of about 10 people, split between the HR team, the L&D (learning and development) team and support team but they are constantly growing and developing. Typically, They help businesses to deliver HR support, coaching, training, and larger organisational change or development projects.

They are looking for a highly experienced team player to join the team on a full-time basis to support their MD who works remotely, based in London. This person would also be motivated and proactive, willing to grow with the business and make the role their own. The role involves a variety of tasks, across two company diaries and a personal diary.


Responsibilities

- Multiple diary management (2) as well as personal diary management and executive coaching calendar – involves frequent rescheduling, prioritising and gatekeeping
- Organising complex, high-level meetings and calls, managing all aspects in relation to venues, attendees, materials, hosting calls etc.
- Organising and managing company team meetings
- Administering psychometric tests
- Drafting proposals, contracts, and presentations
- Assisting with special projects (SEO and social media, Christmas, client dinners, etc.)
- Most other typical PA activities


Essential Skills, Experience and Personal Qualities

- Extensive PA experience at senior level
- Able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, think and act proactively, work to tight deadlines
- Able to handle a heavy inbox as well as organise complex diaries and rearrange accordingly
- Willing to travel into London regularly
- Flexible, adaptable to conflicting and changing demands, ‘un-flappable’
- Able and willing to work flexible hours (37.5 hours role is based very loosely around a 9 – 5.30 schedule but with the flexibility to regularly start earlier or finish later as required)
- Attention to detail, producing work of a high standard
- Reliable and delivers on commitments
- (Desirable) Interest or experience in the ‘HR world’
- (Desirable) Experience of using remote access
