Salary: £17,595 - £22,776 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Permanent, 25 hours per week (flexible)

This is an exciting opportunity for an outgoing and dynamic individual to join a rapidly growing leisure management company.

This Social Enterprise that provides a range of diverse cultural, sporting and physical activities throughout East Devon and South Somerset.

They are now seeking a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to the Chief Executive and Executive Management Team (EMT), with emphasis on the management of meetings, reports and monitoring progress of resulting action points.

You will have previous PA/ secretarial experience within an executive environment and be highly organised, proactive and have excellent administration skills. To succeed in this role you will also have the ability to influence and direct through strong communication skills.

Initially this is a part time role that can provide flexibility in the working hours but the suitable candidate must be available for key daytime meetings. Some travel may be required.

Specific duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Management of meetings, including booking of venues, production of agendas and the collation and inclusion of required reports; taking and producing minutes and action points.
- Liaise with the CEO and EMT members to assist with the production and circulation of key documents and reports, including the corporate Risk Register, Strategic Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan(s), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and management reports.
- Dealing with emails, correspondence and ‘phone calls on behalf of the CEO, particularly with key clients, stakeholders and Trustees.
- Dealing with the office management for the CEO, including managing and reviewing filing and office systems, typing documents, sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment.

Essential attributes:
- Previous PA/secretarial experience within an executive environment
- Four GCSE Grade B or equivalent, including Mathematics and English
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office – excel, word and email
- Competent in minute taking
- Excellent administration skills
- Discretion & confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- Ability to work independently but also as part of a small team
- Full driving license & own transport

Desirable attributes:
- Diploma NVQ in Office Administration
- RSA I & II Word Processing
- Knowledge of KPIs
