The role sought is a Personal assistant to Managing Partner & Chairman providing administrative support, which includes all general office management and activities. You will perform extensive research for various initiatives & projects, manage and coordinate business & personal travel and lead diary management and scheduling. You will attend meetings and take minutes as required and support with preparing documents in word, excel & powerpoint as needed. An important role in what will initially be a small team, keeping things organised in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Completion of secondary education as a minimum with some level of further education preferred.
- Experience in similar roles is preferred
- Proficient in word, excel & powerpoint.
- Organised with a strong eye for detail and capable of working independently.
- Diligent with following up on tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Trustworthy and knowledgable in handling sensitive material exercising discretion and confidentiality as appropriate.
- Is familiar with and enjoys working within a team.
Salary will be between £25 & £30k depending on the strength and experience of the candidate. A fresh and modern working environment. Flexibility on working hours and patterns as long as the needs of the role are met. Car parking will be provided.
The office is located close to Banbury which has great transport connections but the ability to drive/travel to various locations on occasion will be necessary.
