This digital agency is looking for an excellent Performance Marketing Manager to head up their customer success team. This role is for an experienced Marketing Manager who can pick up and run with a range of exciting client accounts spanning large online sportsbook and casino, B2B and consumer brands.

You will be able to think creatively around a problem, yet possess a clear, linear thinking mindset enabling them to carry out research, planning & oversee the campaign setup, rolling up their sleeves and getting involved where needed. Using performance marketing channels and insights from data to drive down cost of acquisition, boosting engagement, sales, customer value and building communities. Working alongside the director with their growing in-house team you will manage the resources, ensuring the smooth delivery campaigns. You will also oversee and maintain the upkeep of the various client advanced analytics dashboards, troubleshooting where necessary and ensuring the flow of data into the platform.

You will be experienced in managing multiple Paid Media channels such as AdWords (Paid Search, display and Retargeting), Paid Social, Programmatic and have a strong grasp and interest in the power of data, using this to uncover actionable insights and compile client reports. The successful candidate will also be at home interacting and reporting directly to clients and as well as demonstrating the Hyphen Advanced analytics platform using Qlik Sense.

They expect to see solid portfolio of past work and demonstrable results from campaigns you have managed. You will have an excellent knowledge of the channels and specific skills required to implement marketing campaigns. You will be a specialist and will have a solid focus on data, strategy, delivery, and creative commercial thinking.

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of marketing frameworks and methodologies
- Strategic focus with excellent data skills
Strong data collection, data flow and data analysis skills
- Plan, manage and implement performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Knowledge of content marketing campaign strategies and channels such as SEO, CRM, Email marketing, social media and inbound marketing.
- Manage the daily support, administration and maintenance of a portfolio of Client accounts, including reporting, meetings, account budgets and scope.
- Maintain and manage project management systems (Basecamp, Harvest, Team Gantt and Github) to ensure accounts are running within budget and on time.
- Track, measure and review progress, including planning and communicating changes.
- Detail focused and able to draft proposals. Service Level agreements and contracts (from template) as required.
- Liaise with developers, designers and third party suppliers on a regular basis to ensure tasks are completed to the required standard.
- Communicate effectively within the team/clients with the ability explain technical details in an accessible way.
