Within a diverse and talented team of 140 who deliver and maintain the vibrant Chiswick Park environment, they now have an exciting opportunity for a new People & Culture Co-ordinator to join them and help champion and implement many of their internal initiatives.
Supporting on everything from: recruitment and on-boarding, to reward & recognition, in-house training, as well as team celebrations and health & wellbeing; this role is truly varied and a great opportunity to get involved across the board.
They are looking for a confident, team-focussed individual: someone who understands the importance of great relationships and the value of creating a memorable employee experience.
If you have previous experience of supporting on HR initiatives, or are currently working towards an HR qualification and looking for a position to grow with and develop into, this could be the role for you.

Basic salary: £23,000 - £29,000 p/annum, dependent on experience + benefits
