This is an opportunity to join a firm based in central London. They are small in size (7 employees) but they work with some very interesting and very successful businesses in Fashion, Catering and Design and Build industry.
Tasks
- Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for more than 70 clients
- Processing new starters and leavers to the business
- Calculating payments and deductions of PAYE, tax, NIC, SMP, SSP, holiday pay, etc
- CIS calculations and submissions
- Resolving payroll queries from employees
- Liaising with all relevant staff, managers and HMRC when necessary and dealing with any payroll enquiries.
- Setting up of new payroll schemes with HMRC
- Enrolling employees in the pension plan
- Pension Registration for Clients
- Monthly/Weekly /Fortnightly Pension calculations
- Office Administration
