Due to expansion, this utilities company is recruiting an additional payroll assistant to join their busy payroll team in Milnrow.
Working Monday to Friday 8.00am to 17.00pm
- Collation of timesheets
- Inputting of hours onto the internal payroll system
- Checking worker’s paperwork and application forms, ensuring everyone is compliant
- Data entry of personal details
- Photocopying
- General admin duties on a daily basis
- Dealing with payroll queries over the phone
- Liaising with internal and external teams
Skills and Experience:
- Previous payroll experience sage preferred
- Trustworthy and accurate
- Excellent data entry and administration skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced, time critical environment
- Experience of working to tight deadlines
- Good telephone skills
Salary negotiable depending on experience
20 days holiday a year + bank holidays
on a main bus and tram route
