This is an opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeping & Payroll professional to join a Chartered Accountants based in Berkhamsted, Herts. The company has excellent systems and procedures and they believe in giving great client value and creating a really supportive working environment for their team. Due to growth they want to expand the team, they are seeking a Bookkeeping & Payroll professional, ideally with Xero experience. You will be working with a varied and interesting client base of independent businesses to help them achieve their goals.

Your role will be as varied as the clients they partner with but will focus on:

- Client payroll
- Client bookkeeping
- Client management both in person and over the phone
- Client queries both over the telephone & face to face
- Assisting with compliance and regulation
- Being part of the smooth running of the office

They are a very forward thinking accountancy team, they have been Xero accredited experts since Xero first arrived in the UK. Clients do also use Sage so someone who has experience in either and a passion to learn would be welcome.
