This business has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Advisor to join the internal function on a 6-12 month FTC. Your goal is to support, lead and maintain payroll, benefits and compensation processing across the business.

You will report to the HR Operations manager as well as providing analytical and functional support to stakeholders and the wider business.

Your day-to-day…
- Support in the delivery and processing of company benefits
- Extraction and manipulation of payroll data to support management queries and reports
- Deliver, with the team, the monthly pay runs to time, cost and quality
- Adhere to all legislative procedures
- Manage employee queries to the payroll inbox in a timely fashion
- Provide technical knowledge in the specialism of payroll to stakeholders

This is in addition to any ad hoc duties.

Your skills…
- 3+ years’ experience of working in a payroll function
- CIPP, AAT qualifications (or working towards)
- Understanding of payroll and finance platform integrations
- Demonstrable knowledge of manual calculations to support verification checks
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Ethos of ‘right first time’
- Attention to detail
- Organisation and prioritisation skills
