This is an opportunity to join a private dermatology and laser surgery clinic. They have two locations - Goring on Thames and Reading, Berkshire. They are a successful and growing clinic specialising in non-invasive and minimally invasive procedures. They have an excellent reputation and provide outstanding patient care.

The role of the Customer Service Co-ordinator is essential to the effective operation of the business. The patient journey starts at the enquiry stage; therefore, exceptional service levels must be achieved to ensure the patients feel safe, well treated and comfortable that they are in the best possible hands. You will confidently advise patients of the procedures available, and convert enquiries into consultation appointments.

They are looking for exceptional people to join their customer service team:

- Experience in a fast paced, busy, call centre is essential
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Responding to customer enquiries via all media channels, e.g. face to face, telephone, email, web chat and social media
- Ensuring all enquiries are adequately screened to ensure patient safety and quality of consultation
- Providing all enquiries with accurate information regarding their proposed procedure
- Ability to prioritise work and multi task
- Assisting with booking repeat customer treatments and appointments and processing payments
- Providing exceptional customer service via all communication mediums
- Tenacity and a willingness to go the 'extra mile’ to provide excellent customer service
- You will work closely with their 2 clinics and your great communication skills will help ensure that their patients have a fantastic experience.

Team work is essential, as is reliability and flexibility for shifts.
You be proactive in your approach and have experience in managing your own work load.

As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for inbound telephone enquiries, and those who have enquired via the website. You will provide an excellent standard of customer service, to ensure that the patient journey begins positively. You will confidently advise patients of the procedures available, and convert enquiries into consultation appointments, meeting your own individual targets, and contributing to the team goals.
