They are currently seeking new recruits to join them in Slough. The role involves: working as part of a dynamic team taking phone calls from trade customers and converting their requirements into orders. You are supported by a further team of individuals who all strive to deliver an outstanding service, recognised as “best in class”.

If you would like to be part of this new venture and have had experience working within either a franchised parts department of motor factor then they would like to hear from you.
Successful applicants will need to be familiar with working in all areas of the Parts Department, have good communication skills, a good telephone manner and be able to identify all our customers’ needs both external and internal through the use of computerised stock control and electronic catalogues.
Previous Ford or volume franchise experience would be an advantage.
