This company is part of a group of companies representing a number of ecommerce brands spanning USA and Europe.

Role
The company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partner Services Representative. This position will support the external partners and post sales under the guidance of the Partner Service Manager. The role involves the overall project administration of joint promotional programmes.

You will be given immediate responsibility related to client program executions either across broad functional requirements or specific areas of need.

Responsibilities

- Upon assignment by management/PSRs, become members of a control group throughout the company and represent partner marketing campaigns and projects
Supporting Partner Services Managers regarding assigned accounts and duties in support of broader initiatives.
- Ensure PSM program/project plans are executed across company resources to fulfil partner and company expectations.
Resources and team interaction can include (but not limited to):
- Researching industry, competitor analysis, cross market analysis, marketing prog. development, data services, web and landing page development, loyalty/acquisition analytics, digital assets and image management support, cross functional team management and coordination, communication with all levels within the organisation, communication with partners and their respective teams, coordinating outside resources, manufacturing, mailing, program analytics and result dynamics, planning and strategic support, and other areas as required/necessary to meet business objectives.
- Maintain and report on program/project schedules, timelines and execution requirements through internal company areas and partner infrastructure
- Create consumer driven marketing content to influence consumer buying
- Managing any technical and IT needs
- Assisting with pricing and invoicing
- Interface with assigned partner services managers & partner reps
- Be assigned specific internal process control duties to meet company requirements including but not limited to: campaign content accuracy, digital asset creation, scheduled campaign planning, voucher and discount code control, daily campaign measurement, regional campaign measurement, updating process documentation, pricing information, & final campaign measurement and improvement suggestions.

REQUIREMENTS
- Advertising and/or Direct Marketing Agency client services exper. pref.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Technical, data services, analytics and digital print knowledge pref.
- Targeted & direct marketing understanding with experience with segmentation, demographic & consumer marketing program knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop effective customer relationships
- B2B sales experience
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Degree in Business, Finance, Applied Arts/Sciences or Legal preferred.
- Travel required

Salary £25-30K (OTE 45K uncapped)
